Privacy
Your details
The short version: we collect only what you type into the enquiry form, use it only to reply, and don’t share it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, the type of project, and anything you choose to add — organisation, timing and your message — together with the date and time it arrived.
To stop automated spam we count how many enquiries arrive from each connection. Your IP address itself is never stored: we keep only a scrambled, one-way code made from it, and delete those counts within a day.
How it’s used
Only to read and reply to your enquiry. Enquiries are kept in a private database on our web host, reachable only through a password-protected admin area, and we may receive a copy by email. There are no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies on this site, and fonts are served from our own server.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, reply to any email from us or send a new enquiry saying so.
